Should You use it and if so, do you need to?
And is there some software that really works and saves me lots of time?

You don't have to use SEO Software if you don't want to, or if you don't have or want to spent your money on buying it.

Just like that? NO, it is not by magic, you have to really work for it.
Reading the advice of the reports is one thing, implementing the changes is another.

The advice in the reports is Good, but use common sense with it, be critical and look if the advice will work for your website.

Learn some basic HTML skills and learn how to get the changes into your Content Management System or web pages.

But if you really want more visitors by getting better results in the Search result pages of the search Engines, this is going to help you a lot !!
