This morning a Found the new home off Amy Stephens, one of the Major names in supporting Joomla!
Its http://opensourcecommunity.org/ a community effort for all kinds of Open Source projects like Joomla!, Drupal, Wordpress, Typo3 and others.

And it is a good start of what I hope will be an even greater Tutorial on Joomla Templating.
